Charolette Ann Gaskill-Carroll

September 30, 1942 — December 30, 2016

Charlotte Ann Gaskill-Carroll, 74, of Newton, passed on December 30, 2016 surrounded by her loving family.

She was born September 30, 1942 to Mary and William Carlson in Wichita, Kansas. She married Bill Gaskill and together they had three children, Jeff, Pam and Vicki.

Charlotte was a homemaker, she enjoyed sewing and cross stitching, she also enjoyed Christian romance novels.

After the passing of her late husband, Bill Gaskill, Charlotte married Cliff Carroll. She was a wonderful mother, a great persevering spirit, and a great sense of humor.

She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. With her wish to help others, she became a cornea donor, giving the gift of sight.

She is preceded in death by parents, Mary and William Carlson; and husband, Bill Gaskill.

She is survived by husband, Cliff Carroll; son, Jeff Gaskill and wife Rachel; daughters, Pam Mayberry and Vicki Johnson and husband Russ; and four grandchildren.

Viewing will be held prior to service Tuesday January 3, 2017 morning from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Funeral Service will be held at Broadway Colonial Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., burial will follow the service in Greenwood Cemetery of Newton, Kansas.
