Floyd A. "Tony" Walters, JR

FLOYD A. “TONY” WALTERS, JR., 55, of Newton, died Tuesday (Aug. 7, 2012) at the Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
He was born on January 3, 1957 in Newton, the son of Floyd A. and Ruth E. Marsh Walters, Sr. Tony attended schools in Newton. For many years he had been a plumber while the last few years he has worked at S & S Flooring.
Tony enjoyed sports and spending time playing casino games.
Survivors include his son Sean A. Walters of Augusta; daughters Nicole A. Walters of Newton, Haley R. Builta and her husband Justin of Potwin, and Mickey M. Walters of North Carolina; sisters Sharon Chapman of Upland, Calif., and Barbara Stucky and her husband Jim of Newton; along with nieces and nephews Alisa, Tracey and Jason.
Tony is preceded in death by his parents.
A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August, 11th, 2012 at 3:00 P.M., at Harvey County West Park.
Bring your fishing poles.
There will be no visitation as cremation has been effected.
A memorial fund has been established to the Mickey M. Walters Education Fund.
