Frances Anne Brown

Frances Anne Brown passed away peacefully on Monday, October 7th, 2024 at Newton Medical Center, Newton, KS. She was born on January 26th, 1946 to Ralph and Malva(Paasch) Iserhardt. She was born, raised, and spent most of her life in Newton, KS.

She retired from Harvey County Drivers License department where she worked for over 20 years. She was known to many as the “drivers license lady.”

She was a devoted mother and grandmother. She always enjoyed helping others whether it be through massage therapy or lending a helping hand.

She was preceded in death by her parents. 

She is survived by her daughter Shannon Stahly(Joe), grandson Brome Stahly(Kate), granddaughter Baylor Clark(Aspen), great grandson Dawson Stahly, sister Maribeth Neufeld, and brothers Kermit and Steve Iserhardt.

Visitation will be on Monday, October 14th, 6pm-8pm at Broadway Colonial Funeral Home, Newton, KS.
