It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ronald Eugene Cruzen Jr., whose life was a testament to love, kindness, and unwavering strength. Ronald departed this world on December 14, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of treasured memories and an irreplaceable absence in the hearts of all who knew him. His warmth, humor, and boundless generosity touched the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know him. 

Ronald was born in Colorado Springs; his formative years were spent in Lamar Colorado where he attended Lamar High School. Ronald was a loving father that always had a silly sense of humor. His childish antics and lighthearted personality kept the smiles rolling. Countless memories of him and the laughter he brought will forever be engrained in the memories of his children and grandchildren. Ronald was a proud member of the United Steel Workers Union; he worked as a CNC Machinist Operator at AGCO in Hesston Kansas. Ronald enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren, his pride for them was worn for the world to see. He loved picnics and barbecues, and any reason he could find to bring his people together. Ronald found true happiness in the act of giving. Whether it was a small token or something more significant, he took great joy in seeing the smiles his gifts brought to others. His thoughtful gestures and generous spirit were a reflection of his deep love and care for those around him. 

Ronald's legacy is one of laughter, love, and generosity. He touched the lives of everyone he met, leaving behind a trail of happy memories and a heartwarming example of what it means to truly care for others. Though he may no longer be with us, his spirit lives on in the countless lives he impacted. His family, friends, and all who knew him will continue to carry his memory, honoring his legacy of kindness, humor, and unwavering love.

Ronald is lovingly remembered and survived by his; Father - Frank Marquardt, Sisters - Sonia Marquardt, Michelle Cruzen, Rony Cruzen, Spouse - Tina Martinez Children - Nathan Cruzen, Lorenzo Cruzen, Mercedez Cruzen, Grandchildren – Moses Cruzen, Aaron Cruzen, Jaxon Lee, Elaina Lee, along with numerous beloved family members and dear friends.

Ronald was preceded in death by his Grandparents- Mosies and Emilina Vargas, Birth Father – Ronald Cruzen Jr., Mother - Bertha Marquardt, Sister – MaryJane Vargas, Brothers – Matthew (Macario) Lujan, Johnny (Chope) Lujan – Their reunion in eternity brings comfort to those who mourn his passing.

His presence will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him. Ronald's playful sense of humor and the unforgettable memories they created will continue to bring comfort, laughter, and joy to all who knew him. 

We welcome you to join us as we remember the joy, laughter, and love he shared. Let us come together and cherish the memories of a remarkable man.

Services will be held on Friday December 20th, 2024, at 1:30 pm.
