Virginia Lee Greenfeather

Virginia Lee (Tanner) Greenfeather, 82, of Wichita, died Thursday (Feb. 17, 2011) at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
She was born on September 27, 1928 in Newton, Ks., the daughter of Jesse E. and Lottie M. Geabhart Tanner. She married Kenneth Greenfeather on January 3, 1951.
Virginia had worked in janitorial services.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; sisters Ethel Kackley, Doris Krieg, Genevieve Pierce, Bonnie Kirk, Jessie Schroeder and Judy Hartley.
Survivors include her son James Greenfeather of Wichita; sister Juanita Proulx of Ventura, Calif., Dorothy Schmidt, Joan Bernowich and Darleen Morris all of Newton.
There will be no services are cremation has been effected.
